Holy Yoga® 200-Hour Instructor Training

A Christ-centered yoga training program designed to equip and empower you to integrate faith and movement while deepening your personal practice and teaching.

Training Overview

📍 Location: Yoga 4/1 10200 Golf Course Rd NW, Suite B Albuquerque, NM 87120

🗓 Schedule:

• September 28 & October 5 Chapter 1 Extended hours
• October 25 & 26
• November 1 & 2 extended hours
• November 15 & 16
• November 22 & 23
• December 12 & 13
• December 20 & 21
• January 3 & 4 extended hours

🕑 Training Hours:

• Saturdays: 4:00PM – 8:00 PM
• Sundays: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Extended hours 2-9pm

Session 1: Introduction, Expectations, Bible Study, Yoga Philosophy & Religion
Session 2: Bible Study, Introduction to Energy
Session 3: Bible Study, Breath, Meditation, Weaving the Word, Seated Poses
Session 4: Bible Study, Planes of the Body, Key Movements, Student Populations, Cueing, Standing Poses
Session 5: Bible Study, Sequencing, Balancing Poses
Session 6: Bible Study, Core, Pelvic Girdle, Arm Balances & Inversions
Session 7: Bible Study, Shoulder Anatomy, Sequencing, Backbends
Session 8: Bible Study, Lymphatic System, Touch & Assists, Forward Folds & Twists
Session 9: Bible Study, The Business of Yoga, Special Populations, Restorative Poses

Enrollment & Investment

💰 Total Cost: $3,000.00

• $500 non-refundable deposit required upon registration (includes access to the online training portal, manual, and resources).
• Remaining $2,500 due before the final session.

Training Access & Materials

Once registered, you’ll receive online access one week before the first session. Training follows a structured format, ensuring that each session builds on the previous one. You will progress session by session and not work ahead.
