• Session 4: Bible Study, Planes of the Body, Key Movements, Student Pop, Cueing, Standing Poses
• Session 5: Bible Study, Sequencing, Balancing Poses
• Session 6: Bible Study, Core, Pelvic Girdle, Arm Balances& Inversions
• Session 7: Bible Study, Shoulder Anatomy, Sequencing, Backbends
• Session 8: Bible Study, Lymphatic System, Touch & Assists, Forward Folds & Twists
• Session 9: Bible Study, Business of Yoga, Special Populations, Restorative Poses

The training for you would be a Friday (5:00 pm - 9:00 pm) and Saturday (9:00 am - 5:30 pm). When you sign up, and put down your $500.00 non-refundable deposit, you will have access to the entire training online a week before the first session, and go from one session to the next (only completing the session we are on, not going ahead). There is Bible Study, extra learning and resources as well as materials list and manual to print and have with you.
Cost:For the whole 9 sessions with your online studies and training center the cost is $3000.00.
The deposit of $500.00 is due now, which will give you access to the online training center, manual and resources, and the remaining $2500.00 is due before the last session ends. The remainder of the tuition after your online deposit of $500.00 can be paid in cash, by credit card, Zelle, or by check made out to Yoga 4/1.
