It is a month to reflect on your own wellness. As you reflect, take some notes on what you would like to improve. Perhaps it is drinking more water, eating more fruits and veggies or simple moving more.

I would like to pose a change of thinking and intention about wellness. We often , myself included, focus on the things we need to stop doing. Today I challenge you to simple start adding healthier habits into your lifestyle. The more you add in positive changes the less room there is for the unhealthy habits to exist.
