Deep Stretch (45 minute)- In this class you will relax in different postures and soften muscles. You’ll work to access the deeper tissues; many of the postures focus on areas that encompass a joint (hips, shoulders, etc.). Slow, deep, long holding stretches are necessary for deep muscle release and recovery in all areas of the body. You will leave this class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This class is a perfect space to practice patience, slow movement and deep breathing.
